A room of your own rather than a corner of somebody else’s.
The studio sits alongside the pitch and goes out to hire the same way. If you’re a coach, a personal trainer or a fitness instructor and you’ve been working out of a shared gym floor, this is a space you can book and run properly — with the indoor pitch next door if a session needs more room than a studio gives you.

Available to therapists, sports massage practitioners, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
It is a proper room rather than a screened-off corner, and it comes equipped. HP Massage UK works out of it already, which tells you more than we could — and being attached to a football centre means a steady stream of people who have just done something their hamstrings disagreed with.
